World of Warcraft Item Upgrader
The item upgrader is a tool players can utilize to increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. It requires Power Dices and the items required to perform the upgrade.

Rerolling

A sword, for example it can be upgraded to the halberd with an upgrader that increases the damage of specific stats. However, the upgrade won't alter the base damage of a sword.
Upgrades also change the upgrade route of an item, which reduces your chance of acquiring a poor affix. This is especially important for gear, like Rogue gear, which relies on a strong affix in order to be successful in the game.
